Welcome, I’m Olivia — a guide for women and mothers seeking to rewild their souls, honor the cycles and seasons of life, and trust in the intuitive nature of their feminine essence. Through my work, I create nurturing spaces for you to explore the wisdom of your body, integrate it with the mind and spirit, and reconnect with your truth and authenticity.

Why this work?

I believe life is meant to be experienced in depth. That it should honored in it’s multidimensionality. We are the center of our lives, but so many people, especially women, are living for others (whether it’s for other people, family, societal expectations or pressures) rather than living from a place of their truth and authentic alignment. I see my work as a way for women to come home to themselves, their truth, their authenticity, and live a deeper, more fulfilling and embodied experience, rather than continuing to live in the hustle of the fast-paced, surface-level experience society has forged.

I love diving into the depths, no layer left untouched. It excites me to witness my clients land back home within themselves; to see and experience them learning their truth, sharing and expressing themselves freely and authentically as they get to know themselves on a deeper level, and finding ease and alignment within their bodies and experience.

My dream is for us all to live a life that is slow, sustainable, and cyclical. A life rooted in authenticity and aligned with your deepest truth. Through this work, you can reconnect with the intuitive wisdom of your feminine nature, embrace the seasons of your life, and step into a grounded, purposeful existence.

  • I’m a Libra sun (lover of beauty & balance), Gemini moon (think highly curious with a deep desire to learn) & Virgo rising (analytical & service-oriented)

  • I’ve had a strong affinity with the moon & sun since I was a little girl - for my 8th birthday I got to redesign my room with the moon & sun theme, and I still have pieces from my room in my living space today

  • I’m a Manifesting Generator in Human Design… with sacral authority (my magic is in my sacral wisdom) with a 1/3 profile, meaning I’m designed to go deep & getting to the root of things is in my nature

  • I feel most like me when I’m in my inner winter (menstrual phase), deeply grounded in my inner wisdom & blissfully bundled in my moon cocoon

  • I crave depth in every sense of the word - in conversation + connection, purpose + pleasure, intention + embodiment, love + lessons
