Hi! I’m Olivia Lauren 𖤓 a Mentor for your expansion, devoted to supporting you to embody your cyclical inner wisdom, expand your creativity and live a life of authenticity.
I live a slow, cyclical life in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with my partner, Matthew, our baby boy, Milo, and our two golden retrievers, Poppy and Stella. My work is rooted in honoring the rhythms of life—the cycles, seasons, and transitions that shape who we are. As a mentor, I hold space for women to explore their inner landscapes, embrace their unique truths, and step into a life that feels deeply aligned. I believe true connection begins within, and I guide my clients to tune into their intuition, nurture their creativity, and cultivate a sustainable, meaningful way of living.
Using tools like menstrual cycle awareness, body connection practices, creativity and intuitive guidance, I create a supportive and nurturing container for exploration, healing, and growth. Together, we’ll weave the threads of your mind, body, and spirit into a cohesive, harmonious whole—allowing you to show up fully and unapologetically in your life.

Come and say hey over on Instagram! @cyclicallyolivia
“Our bodies are in constant, rhythmic change, but because so much of this is happening beneath our waking consciousness, we can feel out of control, or 'all at sea'. When we begin to notice the pattern of these cycles, their repetitive nature, their connection to nature beyond us, we can begin to feel not like victims unprepared for the weather, but like adventurers of days gone by, who navigate by nature -the pull of the tides, the placing of the stars and the gathering storm clouds."
